Royal customers can be found in Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Texas, as well as our home state, Alabama.
The Company was launched in 1978, producing a fresh sausage product in Enterprise, Alabama. In 1992, the company moved to Pell City, Alabama, site of our current state-of-the-art operations.
Today, Royal Foods offers over 50 products with a special focus on pork. We are now the industry leader in case-ready smoked pork offal products.
Our end-to-end, integrated processing — from raw product to case-ready package — simplifies retail merchandising for our food chain customers. We deliver food at its freshest through Royal Transport, our own refrigerated transportation fleet.
We maintain quality through an onsite USDA inspection program. We also address food safety through a rigorous HACCP system that protects against biological, chemical, and physical hazards, from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, and distribution.
